We visited the cloistered Carmelite nuns in Stanley. It was a wonderful to experience another form of spirituality!
 
   
 
Sr. Grace Chu FMM gave a talk on the historical background of the Secular Orders. Both Secular Franciscans and Carmelites joined in this unique occassions of formation.   2003 August Secular Franciscans and Carmelites meet for the first time.
   
 
Secular Franciscans Marife and Josephine help the handicap Catholics after a Bible talk.
 
   
 
4 candidates make their temporary profession on 5th October at the Studium Biblicum Chapel of Our Lady of Sorrows.
 
   
 
Despite SARS, Secular Franciscans from both the Chinese and English Fraternities made their commitment at a public ceremony in St. Bonaventure Parish ( Tsz Wan Shan ).   English speaking candidates renew their commitment.
   
 
16th March Franciscans gather to pray for peace in the world at the Kowloon Park.   A candle lit vigil was held and many Secular Franciscans participated.
   
 
Speeches were made to encourage the peace movement in Hong Kong.   Secular Franciscans praying for peace.
     
   
On Chinese New Years Day, the traditional Franciscan family meeting was held at St. Bonaventure Parish. The English speaking Secular Franciscans performed a folk dance to entertain everyone.
 
     
 
On New Years Day we paid a visit to the Poor Clares in Lamma island.
